The Family Tree feature ("My Roots") allows users to voluntarily enter information about their family members. Regarding this feature: • Voluntary Entry: All family data is entered voluntarily by the user and is their sole responsibility. The Mexican Moment does not verify the accuracy of genealogical information. • Third-Party Data: By entering information about other people (parents, grandparents, siblings, children), you confirm that you have the right to do so or that the person has consented. • Minors Protection: Data about children under 18 years of age is protected. In public profiles, only the child's first name is shown, with no last name, date of birth, or contact information. • Right to Removal: Any person who believes their information has been entered without consent may request its removal by contacting us through the platform. • No Automatic Connections: The platform may suggest possible family connections between users, but will never reveal personal data without explicit mutual consent from both parties. • Future Members: Email addresses entered for children (as potential future members) are stored securely and used only to send a single invitation when the child turns 18.

10. Data Capture at Marlen & Gustavo Events

When you scan a QR code at a Marlen & Gustavo event and provide your information through The Mexican Moment form, the following applies: • Data Collected: Full name, email address, and WhatsApp number. • Purpose: Your data is used to (1) send you information about upcoming performances and booking availability for Marlen & Gustavo, and (2) create a free account on The Mexican Moment platform. • Consent: By checking the acceptance box on the form, you grant express and informed consent for the processing of your data in accordance with this policy. • Right to Cancellation: You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject "M&G Data Cancellation". • No Data Sales: Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
